Dutch Technology Centre (DTC) is an engineering and consultancy group that is very familiar with all details of the project due to writing feasibility studies at the initial stages. These studies have been guidance to the detailed set-up programmes of the project.It is therefore logic that day-to-day operations, as far as organisation, management, logistics and installation of re-filling stations are concerned, are now handled by DTC.
In the interest of the Foundation, DTC group is the lessee of the land where the initial assembling and distribution are taking place. DTC is represented in the Board of Commissioners by their Director Logistics as Chief Commissioner.
